NOMINATION CATEGORIES

Workplace Leaders Top 50 - unsung hero

Workplaces will have countless people that are instrumental in facilitating success. They are the constants that provide the glue in many organisations but may not get the spotlight or recognition that they deserve. This category aims to change that and celebrate those that quietly go about making big impacts.

Workplace Leaders Top 50 - Young Pioneer

A profession is only as strong as its next generation. This category recognises future stars that are inspiring others to develop and grow as future fire safety leaders. They would help those that have gone before them to understand new thinking and be bold in their ambition for the profession moving forward.

Workplace Leaders Top 50 - Innovator

A profession that doesn’t evolve and innovate will quickly go stale. This category recognises those that dared to be different, to go against convention and that believed in better, despite many doubting them. Their experiences will inspire others to follow. They are challengers. Disruptors. Our fire safety innovators.

Workplace Leaders Top 50 - inspiring leader

An individual who has made a significant impact within their organisation, enhancing the experience for their people. They will demonstrate exceptional leadership through clear communication, developing future leaders, and sharing best practice to benefit the wider fire safety community.

Workplace Leaders - driver of cultural change

This category recognises individuals driving cultural change by championing diversity and inclusion. They work to build strong, open, and responsible communities within their organisation or across the profession - that welcome everyone and make a positive contribution to wider society.

Workplace Leaders Top 50 - Thought leader

This category recognises individuals whose critical thinking and fresh insights have shaped professional practice and inspired new ideas. They present cutting-edge concepts in an engaging way that compels others to think differently and drive progress.
