Vicki Swaine
With over 20 years of experience across the Health & Safety and Fire sectors, Vicki supports organisations in achieving proportionate, practical, and effective risk management. Discovering her passion for fire risk engineering early in her career, Vicki has since dedicated herself to improving safety through evidence-based practice, strategic thinking, and education.
She holds an Honours Degree in Fire Risk Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University and is currently completing an MSc in Fire Engineering at the University of Lancashire. Vicki is an active contributor to the advancement of fire safety.
As a Director of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM), a Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), and a Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE), she plays a key role in promoting professional standards and knowledge-sharing across the industry. Her mission is simple: to make the built environment safer for everyone
