Tom Welland MIFSM is Operations Director at Peak Fire, after several years at BB7 and nearly 15 years at Fireco he knows the sector inside out and has worked with many of the UK's largest housing associations. He was also a founding member of the FIA Fire Risk Assessment Council and contributed to key industry standards, including BS7273-4. 

Tom's particularly passionate about proportionate, pragmatic advice and helping clients apply this at scale across larger and particularly diverse housing stock. The advent of the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety England Regulations along with changes to the Fire Safety Order have all required better information to engage residents.
