Tina Mistry
Tina Mistry is a building safety professional specialising in whole‑building risk assessment and practical mitigation across social housing, new‑build developments and existing Higher‑Risk Buildings. As an integral part of the building safety at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, she brings fire, structural and M&E considerations together to shape clear, proportionate strategies that strengthen safety, resilience and resident trust. Her work focuses on turning complex regulatory requirements into workable, evidence‑based approaches and developing Safety Case practices that support long‑term risk reduction. Tina combines technical understanding with lived‑experience insight, including close engagement with Grenfell survivors, and is currently studying for an MSc in Fire Safety Engineering to deepen her expertise in holistic, human‑centred building safety
