Radek has been involved in the design of numerous pressurisation systems in the Middle East, Europe, and the UK. Since 2021, he has delivered multiple speeches on smoke control at prominent events such as the International Tall Buildings Fire Safety Conference, SIBEC and the Fire Safety Event. In 2023 in Singapore, he led a workshop on the design of pressurisation systems in high-rise buildings as a CTBUH delegate.
