Kevin Faulkner is the Head of Banham Academy, where he leads his team to deliver the highest quality apprenticeships for the fire and security systems sector. Banham Academy are an Independent Training Provider.

Kevin has worked in education for over 20 years and has played an integral part in the development of the Fire, Emergency and Security Systems Apprenticeship Standard. He is Chair of the FESS Employer Group representing Banham Security
