Keith Todd
Keith is the Partner leading the fire safety discipline in the Ridge London Office. He has extensive experience in fire risk assessment and fire safety design in a range of sectors, throughout the building lifecycle.
Keith is an experienced fire risk management professional, a third-party registered fire risk assessor and fire risk assessment validator, a chartered building engineer and an incorporated engineer, with a first-class Honours degree in fire risk engineering. He won Fire Safety Manager of the Year 2022 for his work done at Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea following the Grenfell Tower fire, as well as winning Research Project of the Year from the Worshipful Company of Fire-fighters for his research on fire modelling and human behaviour in heritage buildings.
Keith understands the practical implications of implementing fire strategies in multi-occupancy sites and large property portfolios and tailors fire safety solutions to meet the individual needs of organisations and the buildings in which they operate.
