Jonathan is a property management consultant specialising in residential block management and co-founder of Proper Talk, which provides a panel discussion platform to encourage robust residential property debate and collaboration.

He works with RMCs and RTMs, managing agents and suppliers to the industry, and fulfils his own RMC director roles. A Fellow of The Property Institute (FTPI) and an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Jonathan is a pro-bono Honorary Consultant to the Federation of Private Residents Associations (FPRA) providing resident groups with practical and technical advice.

He started his property management career in the 1990s working for several property firms, including Savills UK, and established his consultancy practice in 2018, to assist a diverse range of stakeholders in building their network within the sector. Presently, Jonathan is working with freeholders, RMCs, RTMs and managing agents to find building safety solutions, ultimately to keep residents safe in their homes.
