Adam has worked with the fire and property sectors since founding RiskBase in 2008. He's passionate about making decisions based on data and collecting and using that data as effectively as possible - including software providers sharing data so that end users get better information, faster. This attitude has led RiskBase to developing some of the most powerful survey and assessment functionality, compliance and reporting tools and new portals for building safety and resident engagement. They now have data on around 1 million properties in the UK and over 400,000 FSER checks were completed in 2024 alone.
