Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments for High-Rise Residential Blocks

Pyroactive Stand: 4/M90

From the outset, we worked closely with the Council's appointed asbestos surveyors and removal specialists. This ensured that invasive inspection elements could be conducted safely, mitigating risks associated with asbestos exposure.

Our team conducted thorough inspections of communal areas, individual flats, voids, and other concealed spaces to identify fire hazards, such as compromised fire-stopping measures and structural issues.

Our assessments identified critical safety issues, including areas where fire compartmentation required urgent remediation. Action plans were promptly delivered, and The Council now has detailed documentation that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and a roadmap for ongoing fire safety management.
