On this special International Women’s Day, we are delighted to announce that Ms. Zhao Li, General Manager and Chief Engineer of ProSense, has been honored with the Global Outstanding Female Technical Committee Member award by UL Standards & Engagement (ULSE).As the sole female representative from China, she has been recognized alongside distinguished women experts across the globe, establishing herself as one of the most respected international technical leaders in the gas sensing industry.
This prestigious recognition not only acknowledges her outstanding individual contributions, but also underscores ProSense’s significant industry influence in advancing the integration of gas sensing technology and practical applications.
As a visionary scientist and inventor in the industry, Ms. Zhao Li has long been committed to translating advanced gas sensing technologies into highly reliable and application‑adapted solutions, providing core safety protection for critical scenarios including lithium‑ion battery energy storage systems, data centers, industrial facilities, smart buildings and residential environments.

Notably, with this achievement, ProSense has become the first manufacturer in China to obtain both US and Canadian certifications for carbon monoxide gas sensors, as well as the world’s first hydrogen sensor manufacturer with cRUus certification, providing authoritative endorsement for the company to expand into high-end global markets.
