Fire Door Installation Project – One Million Square Feet of Protection
We’re proud to reflect on one of the largest projects we have successfully completed to date.
Over a two month programme, our engineers installed more than 200 fire doors across a major UK manufacturing facility spanning an incredible one million square feet.
Expertly led by our Head of Sales, Dan Cocking, and Senior Project Manager, Jamie Pearson, this project required detailed planning, strong communication and careful coordination from start to finish.This manufacturing facility operates around the clock, so every stage of installation had to be delivered safely, seamlessly and compliantly without disrupting daily operations. Through structured scheduling and close collaboration with the client, we ensured works were completed efficiently while maintaining full operational continuity.
With over 15 skilled installers working on site, this project demonstrated the strength and capability of our growing workforce. Delivering at this scale shows not only the size of projects we can manage, but the consistency and professionalism of our engineering teams.
