ALLEGION UK TO UNVEIL PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT GUIDES AT THE FIRE SAFETY EVENT 2023

Allegion UK Stand: 5/E103

Located on stand 3A/A40, Allegion’s door hardware experts will exhibit at this year’s show in support of fire safety professionals and will share essential and accessible information on hardware specification, installation and maintenance, helping responsible persons adhere to the latest codes and industry regulations in a bid to improve fire safety standards in buildings.

Throughout the three-day event, Allegion will be showcasing its latest set of Briton best practice guides, designed to provide a broader understanding of fire door safety in commercial, education and healthcare environments. The three ‘Fire Door Safety in Review’ guides examine the developing fire safety landscape in each setting and have been compiled using original research from relevant sectors, with each drawing upon key insights from building managers and door hardware specialists.

Speaking on their plans for the event, Pete Hancox, country manager at Allegion UK, commented: “Architectural ironmongery plays a fundamental role in the fire safety and security of our built environment, and we remain committed to raising awareness and improving sector knowledge across the board. This year’s show presents us with a perfect opportunity to unveil our new Briton ‘Fire Door Safety in Review’ guides, as we look to deliver valuable expertise and appropriate specification guidance to a wide-reaching audience of professionals.

“Allegion UK shares a clear and common goal with The Fire Safety Event, and we’re delighted to welcome visitors to stand 3A/A40, where our team of experts will be on hand to share trusted expertise on fire door safety alongside copies of our latest best practice guides.”
