Alerter Group joins exhibitor line up at the Fire Safety Event 2024.

Alerter Group Stand: 4/M19

It’s Alerter Group's first year exhibiting at the Fire Safety Event – visit stand 4/M19 to discover its range of lifesaving products.

Every day at this year’s event the Alerter Group team will provide demonstrations of two of its most popular products:

  • Refuge Alerter: an emergency voice communication system (EVC) supporting peoples’ safe evacuation from building refuge areas.
  • Deaf Alerter: a system that provides emergency messages about fire alarms for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.

Alerter Group's knowledgeable team will be on hand at the event to discuss how its radio-based, person-focused systems can meet even the most bespoke of customer needs.

Ian Lomas, Sales Director at Alerter Group, explains:

“We’re really excited to have joined the line up for the 2024 Fire Safety Event.

This event is all about supporting fire safety professionals to achieve and maintain the very highest standards of fire safety management – an area where our products fit right in.

At Alerter Group our radio-based emergency communication systems comply to the relevant British Standards and are designed to help organisations make their buildings as safe as possible for everyone – including people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, and people with physical disabilities.”

From R&D to installation, training and maintenance

  • Research and development: All of Alerter Group's products are developed around the needs of its end users, as well as the relevant standards and legislation.
  • Installation: Alerter Group works closely with its customers to find out the best set-up for their people and buildings. Out on site, all installation work is completed by Alerter Group's dedicated team of engineers.
  • Training: After installation’s complete, ongoing training and support is provided by the company's Operations Department.
  • Maintenance: Alerter Group is able to come back to customer sites regularly for preventative maintenance and product support.
