Project Overview
Removal of combustible ACM cladding panels, Insulation, and support system. Design and installation of new helping hand system, new Fire Cavity Barriers, design and installation of new fire rated Non-Combustible Aluminium Cladding System. All works carried out at penthouse level. Condensation Risk Analysis carried out to all affected apartments, this resulted in a Vapour Control Barrier being installed to the inside skin of the external walls in all penthouse apartments.
