SWIFS is a positive action project, founded by Mary-anna Jennings during her time as Miss Lincolnshire. SWIFS notices there is still a disparity in opportunity and education between potential candidates coming from minority background and aims to reduce this gap. It follows the core values of inspire, educate, empower and advocate and believes in 'working together for equality, diversity and inclusion'. The project provides workshops, tutoring and much more.
