Building safety risk assessment process and tie-in to building safety cases
The session will be presented by Keith Todd, Partner of Ridge and Partners LLP, discipline lead for fire at Ridge. It will share practical experiences of safety evidence gathering, assessment of building safety risks, approach to ‘what if’ studies, and the overall safety argument for existing Higher Risk Buildings, which is an area that Ridge is actively engaged in. The session will provide delegates with an overview of considerations as part of developing a building safety risk assessment and how this is used in the safety case, and safety case report.
