Passive Fire Conference

Like any other site activity, passive fire protection installations require early planning and client engagement to take place. This ensures projects run smoothly, safely, in a timely manner, and massively assists in achieving compliance.

Each organisation should have a process in place to ensure all the information needed is collected prior to project kick off, and the client is fully aware of activities that will take place on site.

A method to record and keep track of all installs carried out on site should be implemented within the process of installing passive fire protection measures. Living in a digital world, the easiest and most cost-effective method is to use computer software and mobile apps to record installs and produce reports. This comes hand in hand with keeping in line with third party accreditations and regulation 38.
