We are one of only three organisations currently offering testing facilities in the UK and Northern Ireland. Following Dame Judith Hackitt’s Independent Review of fire safety building regulations, cladding testing has become of paramount importance. The UK has few facilities that conduct UKAS accredited cladding testing - the vital evidence needed to satisfy Building Control.
