Have they got any test evidence? Have they got the right competencies? It's something that sometimes a client doesn't understand they need. Probably the biggest point that we need to get across to the client is that they do actually need it.”

AWB & Son, a family owned business formed in 2006 by Mick Baillie, specialises in passive fire protection, covering services from fire doors to dampers and steel protection.
