The Talentum Test Torch is a unit explicitly designed for testing and calibrating the full range of Talentum Flame Detectors. Its intuitive menu interface allows users to select the type of flame detector to be tested, enabling automatic testing from distances of up to 6 meters. This feature facilitates ground-level testing in various applications, enhancing convenience and efficiency. Utilising a combination of UV and IR bulbs, the Talentum Test Torch recreates the characteristic of a flame accurately. Upon completion of testing, it can store test results for convenient download to a PC, ensuring easy access and record-keeping. In addition to its testing functionality, the Talentum Test Torch can recalibrate Talentum Flame Detectors. By connecting the Calibration Kit, users can recalibrate the detector in the field following menu instructions. The unit features an integral battery rechargeable via USB from a PC or off-the-shelf USB charger.
