Defender Fireshield internal steel doorsets have been successfully tested to BS EN 1634-1:2008. Available with a huge range of ironmongery and glazing options to provide protection for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

Door leaf manufactured with:

• Anti-jemmy flange on the leading edge
• 1.5mm galvanised steel (optional upgrade of 2.0mm galvanised or 1.5mm stainless steel, 304/316)
• A weld-free construction which prevents premature failure
• A mineral wool core with internal strengtheners

Frames:

• 90mm single rebate frame in 2.0mm galvanised steel (stainless option available)
• Custom dimensions and alternative profiles
• Bolted corners
• Threaded adjustors for easy installation (16+ fixings). Optional plain fixing plates
• 3mm steel hinge brackets
• Insulated frames available.

Available with:

• Optional 2.0mm stainless steel thresholds in either chamfered/rebated or ramped profiles.
• Custom-sized vision panels in accordance with testing.
• Single or double glazing with a range of acoustic and/or attack ratings
• Light of heavy-duty steel louvres
• Tubular silicone rubber seal bonded into frame for optional thermal and acoustic performance.
