CORDY-TAG® THERMAL DETECTION & TRIGGERING DEVICE

Cordy-Tag® is suitable for use with both aerosol and impulse powder reactor type fire extinguishers. The DC voltage it produces is not less than 3V. The current produced is sufficient to activate fire extinguishers.
How Does It Work?
Cordy-Tag® has a 3VDC Li-ion battery with a 5-year shelf life. The status of the battery can be checked with the button on the box and 3 LEDs (green-yellow-red). If the LED is Green, the battery is sufficient. If the LED is yellow, it should be observed at short intervals and be
ready to change the battery. If the LED is Red, the battery should be replaced. When the Cordy-Tag® cover is opened, the old battery in the exposed battery compartment may be removed and replaced with a new one.
